Bob Mundlin, CLU, Partner (bob@lbitx.com). Bob is a graduate of Howard Payne University and a member of the Fort Worth and National Associations of Health Underwriters. He has served in advisory capacities to healthcare organizations and third party administrators of large self-funded plans.
He has held a variety of positions in local civic groups including: Chairman of the Southlake Chamber of Commerce (1993), Organizing Director of Keep Southlake Beautiful, Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Baylor Regional Medical Center at Grapevine, Chairman of Board of Managers for The Heart Hospital-Baylor Plano (2001-2012), Southlake Citizen of the Year (1996), Grapevine Chamber Business Hall of Fame (2002), Current President of Southlake Crime Control and Prevention District Board
John Clark, CLU, Partner (john@lbitx.com), - is a graduate of the University of Iowa. He served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corp with service in Vietnam. After working for Prudential, UNUM & Boston Mutual, he founded Tucker & Clark, a third party administrator serving large group clients providing administration for medical, dental, life and disability plans. T&C provided administrative services for approximately 20,000 employees of client corporations and had offices in Dallas and Kansas City. Following the sale of T&C, John joined Lifetime Benefits. He has served on the board of the Society of Professional Benefit Administrators, First State Bank (Arlington), First Physicians Management Services, and Medical Claims Resource.
Connie Kidd (connie@lbitx.com) joined Lifetime Benefits in 2012 following nine years with Cigna where she served as an Implementation Manager and led a multi-functional service team ensuring client satisfaction through quality and timeliness of service delivery. Connie has over twenty years of health care delivery experience, ten of which have been dedicated to implementation. She has held a number of positions in various operations of the insurance business, including customer service, premium services, network development, pre-sale, implementation, and account management for group customers varying in size from 2 to 5,000 employees.
