Bob Mundlin, CLU, Partner (bob@lbitx.com) has been a licensed life and health agent for over 25 years. He has specialized in employee benefit plans for the past 18 years. Bob serves in advisory capacities to HMO organizations and third party administrators of large self-funded plans. He is a member of the Texas and National Association of Health Underwriters. Bob has held a variety of board positions in local civic groups and currently serves on the board of directors of First Financial Bank in Southlake and as immediate past chairman of the board of trustees of Baylor Medical Center at Grapevine.

John Clark CLU, Partner (john@lbitx.com) - is a graduate of the University of Iowa. He served as a Captain in the USMC (67-75) with service in RVN (67-69). After working for Prudential, UNUM & Boston Mutual, he founded Tucker & Clark (T&C) in 1982, a third party administrator (1982-2000) serving large group medical clients. T&C provided administrative services for approximately 20,000 employees of client corporations and had offices in Dallas and Kansas City. Following the sale of T&C, John joined Lifetime Benefits. He has served on the board of the Society of Professional Benefit Administrators, First State Bank (Arlington), First Physicians Management Services, and Medical Claims Resource.

Cindy Pittman (cindy@lbitx.com) has a degree from Oklahoma Christian University and has done graduate work at the University of Texas at Austin. She has worked in the insurance industry since 1977. She has been a licensed adjuster handling workers' compensation, general liability claims and litigation work, including work with public entities. She has been licensed to sell and service group health and employee benefits for the past nine years and has been with Lifetime Benefits since 1995. Cindy is a member of the Fort Worth Human Resource Management Association.

Susan Leonard (susan@lbitx.com) attended Loyola University and has a degree from Dallas Baptist University. Susan joined Lifetime Benefits in July 2001. Susan came to Lifetime Benefits from Aetna, having worked as an Account Manager for five years. At Aetna, she handled group health renewals and new product sales for accounts up to 300 lives.
